Humanativa Group, works with ADR since 2017 in Big Data related projects. We built the Big Data Analytics platform daily used by Aeroporti di Roma to manage and integrate all the information needed to analyze and understand the behaviors and needs of the passengers like: booking, parking, check-in, security, shopping, boarding operations, public transport, car rental etc. The analysis of all those data is used to help the decisional process in order to improve the airport services quality.
Thanks to the Big Data Analytics platform, data are integrated and processed, using statistical algorithms, in order to find hidden correlations between Wi-Fi passenger tracks and flights. Data are also used to cluster passenger according to their common behaviors.
The new data visualization system and the Big Data platform allowed the optimization of the airport operational processes through the analysis of the passengers flow in different areas of the airport.
Using the proposed architecture it is possible to analyze large volume of data in order to extract precious information through the application of advanced statistical algorithms holding, at the same time, the constraints imposed by the GDPR standards.
