The Challenge

The goal was to create a centralized platform (EDS – Data Ecosystem) for collecting and integrating data to support strategic decision-making within the public administration. The main challenge lay in the fragmentation of information sources across key sectors such as Agriculture, Education, and Labor, which required the optimization of existing data assets to improve both access to and the quality of the data.

The Solution

The implemented solution promotes a data-driven approach by integrating data from various institutional sources. Built on a Postgres database and Talend ETL technology, the platform offers advanced business intelligence capabilities and performance metric monitoring via Tableau. The architecture is designed to make data a strategic resource for the organization’s operational efficiency.
