HN Security Earns UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification for Gender Equality
Following HN Excellence, HN Security—the Humanativa Group company specializing in offensive security services—has also obtained UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for its gender equality management system.
This certification attests to HN Security’s adoption of concrete policies on governance, corporate culture, HR processes, growth opportunities, pay equity, and parental leave—the six areas outlined in the UNI Reference Standard, the national benchmark for gender equality certification as required by Mission 5 of the PNRR.
This significant achievement confirms that the commitment to diversity and inclusion extends beyond the more “traditional” business functions and cuts across all areas of the Group.
